Darian Ghorbi is the Director of Policy Analysis at ACCCE. Prior to joining ACCCE, Darian spent five years working for the U.S. Department of Energy. While at DOE, Darian participated in the Interagency Task Force on Carbon Capture and Storage, the U.S.-Canada Clean Energy Dialogue, and the efforts to approve liquefied natural gas export applications. Darian also work at the Office of Management and Budget, Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs where he worked on environmental regulations impacting fossil-fueled power plants.
Darian has a J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law where he was a Note and Comment Editor on the American University International Law Review. He also holds a B.S. with university honors from Carnegie Mellon University in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering & Public Policy.
